Support Videos – Tools and Tricks
First things first. If you haven’t already, you need to register with Learn Share Act and then Login.
From the top toolbar that appears select My Blogs, then the Admin option for your blog name and then Dashboard. Trouble finding the Dashboard? Please be sure to visit Quick Start on Blogging for step by step instructions.
Learn Share Act’s member blogs are all powered by WordPress, so you have free access to the most powerful blogging software on the planet. Write blog posts, upload photos, invite your friends so you can dialog, brainstorm and have good spirited fun with them.
A blog is kind of like your own personal newspaper that you publish to the Internet, creating your own personal web site. While you can have more than one blog at Learn Share Act for most people one blog is all they will ever need.
Posts are like individual articles published within your blog. Posts do not even have to related. You can write posts about ideas for improving the world, personal improvement, thoughts, concerns, political rants, you name it.
Your Blog’s “Admin Dashboard” is very powerful, so here is a quick video overview of the Admin Dashboard and how it works:

Got your first post done? Awesome! Feel free to edit or delete the intial ”Hello World” post we wrote for you while you are at it.

I love photos. How about you? The next video shows you how to create an Image Gallery so you can share some of those photos sitting on your computer with the world.
Wow, you’re on fire. Widgets are these cool things you can use to add customized content to the sidebars for your blog. You can add navigation to your blog, pages and favorite web sites. If you are a little more daring you can paste the WordPress embed code from 3rd party widgets into the Text Wdgets to add RSS News feeds and just about anything else you can imagine.
