Can’t we look at the gifts that we’ve been given (the earth itself, and our capacity for learning), and put them together for the greater good? Why can’t we make use of the wind, the rain, the ocean waves, and all of the other many wonderful parts of this gift of our world? Can’t we put our knowledge and quest for knowledge together with what the Lord has given us? Why not be open to new ways to look at what we’ve been given? There are too many people out there who aren’t open to these ideas. We can’t have enough energy to sustain ourselves and our children if we don’t look and if there aren’t compromises made.
