  • I want to share a quote from ”The Way Toward Health” by Jane Roberts that I read this morning. Although nutrition is important for the body’s health, our thoughts are just as important, if not more important. I read:

    ”We will not stress particular diseases…and mention symptoms…It is actually far more important that we stress the symptoms of health (underlined) and those methods, beliefs, and healings that promote them.”

    While it is necessary to acknowledge a problem in order to address it, this is a reminder to put our focus on healing thoughts rather than the details of the problem. I know from experience that positive and healing thoughts heal bodies, emotions, negative thought patterns and, as a result, circumstances. This text reminded me of all of the healing I have experienced since I made the choice to change my way of thinking and encouraged me to continue the practice of affirmative thinking.
